Where do I begin! Wizard Staff Solutions has been my work baby since 2005. I set the company up with a dream to make a successful, passionate and dedicated recruitment agency and watching it grow over so many years has felt amazing. Whilst my role has evolved over the years, the culture we have built as a team has allowed me to step back and trust the team to continue growing the business day in and day out. The Wizard team is part of why I still love coming to work every day (once I have dropped my three little monkey’s off at school!) and will continue to be excited about what the future for Wizard Staff Solutions holds.
With a background studying Psychology at University and a core interest in Childcare, I bring a strong understanding of human behaviour and communication to my role as Managing Director. These skills help me build meaningful relationships, assess candidates with depth, and maintain a supportive, people-focused culture.
Since establishing the Hertfordshire branch in 2008, I’ve gained wide-ranging experience across roles including Recruitment Consultant, Business Development Manager, Operations Director and now Managing Director. This journey has given me a clear insight into client needs and the qualities that make an exceptional Wizard candidate.
I am committed to high standards, honest communication, and building long-term relationships with both clients and my team. I remain dedicated to raising standards within the Childcare sector and ensuring every placement contributes positively to a child’s wellbeing and development.
Having worked in the Commercial and Childcare Recruitment sector for the last 13 years I feel that I have a great understanding of what is needed and expected within the industry. My passion is to find a solution for every possible situation whilst ensuring I deliver a transparent, professional and friendly service at all times
I joined Wizard Staff Solutions as Marketing Manager with an ambition to enhance our brand presence across the industry. I have 8 years Marketing experience working for different brands, mainly in Entertainment and Automotive so making the move into Childcare is a whole new chapter! This is a great opportunity for me and I have been well and truly welcomed into the Wizard family.
I started my journey here at Wizard Staff Solutions as a Recruitment Executive and have since progressed to a Recruitment Consultant – now supporting the Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Norfolk and Suffolk locations. My role is to support as many settings as possible, providing nurseries with a high quality standard of care and service.
I have a level 6 qualification in Childhood and Youth Studies – graduating with a 2:1 in 2019. I have since been working for Wizard and have now been part of the team for over 4 years!
I am very passionate about making a difference in the childcare sector and thrive in being a part of a child’s development in the most essential years of their childhood.
