I have been in the childcare sector for 12 years, having had experience with great opportunities within many roles across large children day nurseries.

After starting my childcare journey as an unqualified nursery assistant, I gained my level 3 in childcare, working my up through room manager roles, assistant manager and becoming manager of a nursery.

Throughout my journey I feel I have a great understanding of what is needed to thrive to be able to provide the best possible care for children. Childcare has always been my passion and I love being able to make a difference every day.

Being a part of the team here at Wizard Staff Solutions I was a Recruitment Executive for the Hertfordshire, Essex and Kent Branch, as well as supporting as Cover Consultant for all branches within the business, which progressed me into being a full time Consultant within the West Midlands, Warwickshire, Worcestershire, Herefordshire, Shropshire and Staffordshire areas.

It is my aim to be able to support as many settings as possible, providing enthusiastic and dedicated staff members within the settings to support the care and needs of the children.

I have worked in Childcare for the last 5 years in independent nurseries.

I obtained my CACHE Level 3 in Childcare and Education back in 2018 and have been working in Childcare ever since.

I decided to have a career change when I joined Wizard Staff Solutions, which still allows me to use my Childcare experiences and knowledge to help me perfect my role.
